Are Sweet Subscriptions available outside the UK?

Currently we only supply the UK. If you live outside the UK and would like to sign up to our sweet subscription, please email us and we will investigate shipping opportunities.

Can I pick my sweets?

Yes, you can pick 10 different types of sweets to be delivered within your subscription. If you would like 2 of the same flavour, simply select the sweet twice.

When will I receive my box?

Your sweet subscription box will be despatched within 1-3 days of your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping time.

What happens if I change address?

It is your responsibility to contact us to advise us of your change of address at least 2 days before your billing date. Please contact us on 0131 440 1717 or or log on to your account to advise us of the change.

Can I return my box for a refund?

Yes, if the sweets are faulty. If you’ve just changed your mind email us within 14 days of receipt. Return the goods and we’ll refund for unopened sweets. Refund includes our delivery charge.

Will you ever substitute a sweet if you don’t have one of my selections available?

Yes, if for any reason we don’t have one of our sweets in stock we will substitute it for one of your other selections.

Can I have more than one subscription?

Absolutely! You can have more than one subscription and gift a subscription box.


Do you provide a sugar free alternative?

We are looking at expanding our sugar free range and would welcolme suggestions.

Do you accept payment other than by card?

Yes, we accept payment by cheque or BACS. Please email us if you are looking to place an order and pay other than by card.

Do you ship outwith the UK?

We will certainly consider shipping outwith the UK. If you would like to place an order, please email or call us and we can provide a quote for shipping.

Can I submit an idea for a product?

Definitely! We are always looking at new products and flavours.
